Important Reminder

Please Note: All devices sold by FSA Trading are used/renewed products. They are professionally tested and supplied in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Minor signs of previous use may be present.

Return Policy

Products Accepted for Return

  • Incorrectly Delivered Items: Products that do not match your order (must be unopened and in original packaging)
  • Damaged or Flawed Items: Products that are damaged or have defects not listed in the website description

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product under the following conditions:

  • Return initiated within 10 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be undamaged, untampered with, and in original packaging
  • Subject to a deduction of 0-20% of the item price
  • Customer responsible for return shipping fees (up to AED 150)

Opened & Non-Defective Returns

For products that have been opened but are not defective:

  • Subject to a 20% deduction of the item price
  • Return shipping fees apply (up to AED 150)
  • Product must still be in resellable condition

Refund Policy

Refund Methods

  • Online Payments: Refunds issued via the original payment method upon confirmation
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds issued via bank transfer to your provided account details

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds may take up to 14 days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Information

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, even if the original shipping was free
  • Transit Damage: FSA Trading is not liable for damages that occur during return transit. We recommend using insured shipping services
  • Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned product
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return

Additional Information

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up personal data and device information before returning any device. We recommend disabling security features (such as Find My iPhone, Google Account locks, etc.) and performing a factory reset before shipping the device back to us.

FSA Trading is not responsible for any personal data left on returned devices.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  • Contact our customer service team within the eligible return period
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Await return authorization and instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team
  • Keep your tracking number for reference
